2026 VFMA Annual Conference | April 23-24 | Richmond, Virginia

The Virginia Floodplain Management Association (VFMA) is committed to hosting an annual conference featuring expert-led presentations focused on the latest policies, technologies, and best practices in floodplain management. This conference attracts attendees from across the state of Virginia and beyond, including floodplain managers, emergency management professionals, engineers, and planners from every sector of the professional community. The conference is open to VFMA members, non-members, and members of academia.

Ticket Policy & Important Information

Registrations are transferable at any time. Full refunds are available through March 1 2026. Fifty percent refunds are available if requested by April 1. After April 1 registrations are non-refundable but transferable.

Please Note: Some sponsorship levels come with discounted or waived registration tickets. Sponsorship representatives and eligible users will be contacted by staff with instructions for registration. Please check with your organization before registering.

Member Definition: Active VFMA Annual Membership for 2026.

Academia Definition: Current, full-time students with a valid school email address.
