Policy CommitteeCommittee Lead: Ian Blair Goal: Proactively identify emerging policy issues, develop recommendations, and keep members informed on legislative and administrative actions affecting flood risk reduction and the natural and beneficial functions of Virginia’s floodplains. | Education CommitteeCommittee Leads: Brian Batten and Savannah Newbern Goal: Support growth of certified floodplain managers in the Virginia as well as education opportunities for stakeholders on key floodplain management issues. |
