About the Conference

The Virginia Floodplain Management Association (VFMA) is committed to hosting an annual conference featuring expert-led presentations focused on the latest policies, technologies, and best practices in floodplain management. This conference attracts attendees from across the state of Virginia, including floodplain managers, emergency management professionals, engineers, and planners from every sector of the professional community. The conference is open to VFMA members, non-members, and students.
